基于频域反卷积滤波器的光声成像

摘要
采用探测器的脉冲响应在频域反卷积滤波光声信号以进一步提高光声成像的分辨率。由仿真和实验结果表明, 频域反卷积滤波重建相对于时域反投影重建和滤波反投影重建具有更好的成像效果, 明显地提高重建图像的分辨率, 经仿真结果的计算, 其重建图像的分辨率由2.58 mm提高到了0.16 mm。实验所用的光源为YAG激光器, 波长为1 064 nm, 重复频率为20 Hz, 脉宽为7 ns, 探测器为针状的PVDF膜水听器, 接收面积的直径为1 mm。
Abstract
In order to improve resolution in photoacoustic tomography, the filtered photoacoustic signal was deconvoluted by impulse response of transducer in frequency domain deconvolution filter. As demonstrated by the simulations and experiments, the reconstructed imaging with frequency domain deconvolution filter shows better image quality than time domain back projection and filter back projection. The algorithm of frequency domain deconvolution filter can improve the resolution of images, and the reconstructed images resolution improved from 2.58 mm to 0.16 mm fromthe calculation of simulation result. A Q-switched Nd:YAG laser operating at 1 064 nm was used as light source. The laser had a pulse width of 7 ns and a repetition frequency of 20 Hz. A needle PVDF hydrophone with diameter of 1 mm was used to detect photoacoustic signals.
