基于双CCD的大型轴类零件直径非接触检测方法研究

摘要
针对重型机械工业生产中对大型轴类零件外径测量的需求, 基于双CCD传感器测量原理研究了一种新型高效率、高精度的轴径检测方法。介绍了CCD测径系统的检测原理, 针对单一CCD传感器测量范围小的缺点, 提出了双CCD传感器组合测量大型轴类零件直径(Φ150mm~Φ300mm)的方法, 并对影响精度的主要误差来源进行了分析。为了验证该方法的有效性, 通过对7种不同直径的标准轴件进行测量, 实验表明, 测量精度小于±3μm, 满足大型轴类零件外径测量的要求。
Abstract
In view of the demand for large diameter measurement of shaft parts in the heavy mechanical industrial production, a new type of shaft diameter detection method with high efficiency and precision is researched based on double CCD measuring principle. The detection principle of system is introduced. For one single CCD has a shortcoming of small measurement of range, a detection method of diameter is proposed to measure large shaft (Φ150mm~Φ300mm)with double CCD sensors. The main error sources affecting accuracy are analyzed. In order to verify validity of the method with the measurement of 7 different standard shafts experiments show that the measuring accuracy is less than ±3μm and the requirements of measuring large shaft diameter are met.
