不同色温对烫伤大鼠体温和血压影响的研究

摘要
目的: 用色温理论指导烧伤科病房环境颜色与光源选择。方法: 相同烫伤面积和程度的SD大鼠的烫伤部位暴露于3种典型色温荧光灯下, 以不同暴露时间为变量, 对照研究体温和血压的动态变化。实验中以黑暗条件为对照组; 依次设计低色温、中色温和高色温荧光灯光照条件作为三个实验组; 另设立褪黑素受体拮抗剂+低色温荧光灯光照作为拮抗剂组。各组均于暴露2 h、5 h和7 h后测肛温和血压。结果: 相同暴露时间下, 黑暗组与低色温组的肛温和血压的差异均无统计学意义; 中色温组和高色温组的体温和血压均显著高于黑暗组和低色温组, 且随色温增高升高; 拮抗剂组的体温和血压显著高于低色温组和黑暗组。不同暴露时间下, 体温、血压差异均无统计学意义。结论: 烧伤科病房中低色温灯光更能保持患者的体温和血压的平稳。而褪黑素受体环节可能介导了光照皮肤引起机体体温和血压变化。
Abstract
Objective: Using color theory to guide wards environment and light selection. Methods:Exposing the SD rats which have the same burn depth and range of the burn site to 3 kinds of typical color temperature and choosing different exposure time as variables to find the differences of body temperature and blood pressure of the burnt. The dark condition was selected as the control group while low temperature fluorescent lamp, middle temperature fluorescent lamp, high color fluorescent lamp illumination conditions were selected as the experimental group when melatonin receptor antagonist + low temperature fluorescent light was selected as the antagonist group. Measured the rats’ rectal temperature and blood pressure after 2 h, 5 h and 7 h when they exposed to different color temperature. Results: Data on rats’rectal temperature and blood pressure were shown below and all the data were collected after SD rats are exposed to different color temperature for the same time. Differences between dark group and low color temperature group on burnt SD rats’ rectal temperature and blood pressure were not statistically significant; comparing with dark group,the low color temperature group and middle color temperature group’ rectal temperature and blood pressure were statistically significant while the temperature and the blood pressure increased obviously with increasing color temperature. Comparing with the low color temperature(+Luz) group, middle color temperature group and dark group’ differences were also obvious, and the temperature and blood of low color temperature(+Luz) group were markedly higher than the low color temperature. When exposure time were respectively given as 2 h, 5 h, 7 h, blood pressure and the body temperature showed no statistical significance. Conclusion: Low color temperature guidance about wards construction and light selection. Luz. Possible is the middle link the change of body temperature and blood pressure mediated by skin exposure to the light.
