摘要
天线与太赫兹检测器的匹配网络是集成天线与太赫兹检测器的核心。针对低阻抗太赫兹检测器,在650 GHz 设计了输入阻抗为7 Ω的平面U 型天线和接有λg/4 匹配器的蝶形天线,以及输入阻抗为50 Ω的平面对数天线和平面对数正弦天线。检测器的直流偏置电路会使天线上的高频能量通过该偏置回路漏出,故在偏置线上应用带隙结构形成低通滤波器。仿真了该滤波器的相关参数及接入位置,使得高频下天线不受超导检测器偏置回路的影响。
Abstract
The core of integrating antenna and terahertz detector is the matching network between them. Aiming at the low impedance of terahertz detector, the bow-tie antenna with a quarter wave matcher and the double-U antenna whose impedances are both 7 Ω are designed. Meanwhile, the logarithm periodic antenna and the logarithm periodic sinuous antenna whose impedances are both 50 Ω at 650 GHz are designed as well. In terahertz detector, DC bias line would cause the AC power leaking out from the antenna. Therefore, the choke filter with a bandgap structure is adopted to minimize the AC power dissipation in the Coplanar Stripline(CPS) bias line. The positions of the choke filter and relevant parameters are simulated to cut off the AC power flowing into the bias line at 650 GHz.
