一种新型光子晶体环形腔THz波滤波器
A novel photonic crystal ring resonator-based THz filter
摘要
文章提出一种新型光子晶体环形腔THz波滤波器, 在该滤波器的光子晶体环形腔内部引入一个正方形介质柱, 四周各引入一个散射介质柱, 基底材料采用折射率n=3.4的硅, 晶格常数A为30 μm。应用基于FDTD(时域有限差分法)的Rsoft软件进行仿真分析, 结果表明, 当介质柱半径为5.157 5 μm, 内部正方形介质柱边长为92 μm且其旋转角为6°, 散射介质柱半径为5 μm时, 94.053 μm波长的透射率为0.985 56。
Abstract
In this paper, a novel photonic crystal ring resonator-based THz filter is proposed. In the resonator, a square dielectric rod is introduced and a scattering dielectric rod is introduced to each side of the rod. Silicon with refractive index n=3.4 is used as the substrate material with the lattice constant A of 30 μm. This filter is simulated and analyzed by using the FDTD-based Rsoft software and the results show that when the dielectric rod radius R is 5.157 5 μm, the side length of the internal square dielectric rod L is 92 μm with a rotation angle of 6° and the scattering dielectric rod radius R1 is 5 μm, the transmittance at the wavelength of 94.053 μm is 0.985 56.
