激光背光显示系统光学散斑现象研究

摘要
研究了激光在背光源中的散斑现象。设计了红色、绿色和蓝色激光模块, 搭建了一个背光源系统, 且把分别把红色、绿色和蓝色激光耦合到导光板中, 对散斑进行观测, 其结果是以红色和蓝色半导体激光器作为灯源的背光源无明显散斑, 而以绿色固体激光器作为灯源的背光源有轻微散斑。且提出一种蓝色半导体激光激发量子点膜的新型背光源结构, 发现这种结构的背光源无明显散斑。
Abstract
The speckle phenomenon in laser backlight unit was studied. The red、green and blue laser modules were designed and the backlight unit is.established. The red、green and blue lasers were coupled into light guide plate and the laser speckle was studied. It is shown by the results that the backlight unit using red and blue laser diode have no obvious laser speckle whereas the backlight unit using green DPSS(Diode Pumped Solid State laser) laser has slight laser speckle. And a novel backlight structure using blue laser diode excited QDEF(Quantum Dot Enhancement Film) was established and no speckle was found in this new structure.
