摘要
4×4矩阵阳极微通道板光电倍增管由金属陶瓷管壳、多碱光电阴极、“V”型微通道板和4×4矩阵阳极构成, 电子光学系统为双近贴聚焦结构, 光谱响应范围为400~900 nm, 暗电流小于0.5 nA, 脉冲上升时间小于1 ns, 最大脉冲线性电流大于10 mA, 具有位置分辨和多路探测的功能。
Abstract
The 4×4 multi-anode micro-channel plate photomultiplier is constructed with metal-ceramic tube, multi-alkali photocathode, two stacked micro-channel plates and 4×4 multi-anode. The double proximity focused structure is used in its OE system.It features a responding spectrum of 400-900nm, dark current less than 0.5nA , pulse rising time less than 1ns and pulse linear current larger than 10mA . Detection of multi channel laser pulse signals is achieved.
