摘要
根据双目测量原理系统的标定方法,利用我们提出的基于波长选择的双波长条纹投影相位展开算法开发了一套标定过程自动化、投影条纹设计约束少、计算速度快的双波长条纹投影三维形貌测量系统,通过对长方体盒子的测量和重构实验,验证了该技术的可行性和正确性,为快速准确的进行三维测量和三维重构奠定了实验基础。
Abstract
According to the calibration method based on the principle of binocular stereovision and the phase map unwrapping method of two fringe patterns with different wavelengths, a three-dimensional profile measuring system was constructed, which has the advantages of automated calibration, less striction on fringe design and fast speed. Experiments on a rectangular box were presented to confirm the effectiveness and validity of the proposed technique. An experimental foundation is thus constructed for rapid and reliable three-dimensional measurement and reconstruction.
