摘要
采用激光熔覆的方法在Ti-6Al-4V基体上制备了纳米ZrO2-8%Y2O3涂层,研究了不同激光功率对单道熔覆层熔覆质量的影响规律。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、光学显微镜(OM)对涂层组织成分及结构进行分析,同时测定了涂层的显微硬度。结果表明:激光熔覆成形过程中,涂层表面的形貌随激光能量密度大致分为三种类型;熔覆层与基体结合良好,涂层的内部分布有许多未熔的颗粒,这些颗粒都沿着流线有规律地分布在熔池中。熔覆层平均硬度约为基材的3.5倍。
Abstract
The effect of different laser power on the quality of the single track coating by means of laser cladding on Ti-6Al-4V substrate is studied. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by XRD, SEM and OM, and the microhardness of the coating was also measured. The results show that the surface morphology of the coating can be divided into three categories with the change in laser energy density during laser cladding; The microstructure of the cladding layer is not the same in different regions and mainly with the presence of small dendritic morphology. The cladding layer is closely bonded with the substrate. Unmelted particles are found in the coating with a streamline distribution; The average hardness of the cladding layer is about 3.5 times that of the substrate.
