摘要
研究了激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量这三个主要工艺参数对激光叠焊熔池深度和宽度的影响,通过正交试验,确定了基本工艺参数对焊缝质量影响的基本规律,得到了较宽的焊接工艺参数操作窗口,并确定了激光叠焊镀锌板的最佳工艺参数。
Abstract
In fluences of laser stitching parameters (such as laser power, scanning velocity and defocussing distance) on the depth and width of the laser-welded seam were investigated in this paper. The basic influencing rule of laser parameters on the quality of laser-welded seam, wide laser operating window and optimal laser parameters were obtained through orthogonaltest.
