超声振动辅助激光金属成形技术研究进展

摘要
激光金属成形是国内外增材制造领域的重要研究方向之一,然而金属成形件的内部容易产生气孔等缺陷、熔覆层组织成分不均匀、试件容易变形开裂,这些问题制约了其在航空航天、生物医疗、能源、化工等领域的应用步伐。借鉴超声振动在铸造、焊接领域中的除气、细化晶粒、均匀组织成分、减小残余应力的作用,超声振动被引入到激光金属成形系统中,以获得高性能的金属成形件。介绍了超声振动在激光金属成形中的研究现状。
Abstract
Laser metal forming is an important research direction of additive manufacturing at home and abroad. However, the internal quality problems of metal forming parts, such as porosity, cracks and microstructural heterogeneity, have restricted it’s application in aerospace, bioengineering , energy , chemical and other fields. Ultrasonic vibration has been applied in the casting and welding fields , resulting in the pronounced effects on degassing , grain refinement, microstructural homogeneity and reducing residual stress. By using the experience of casting and welding for reference , ultrasonic vibration was introduced in laser metal forming system to obtain high-performance metal parts. The research status of ultrasonic vibration assisted laser metal forming is introduced.
