摘要
二噁烷具有潜在致癌性,可作为表面活性剂的副产物进入化妆品中。当其在化妆品中含量大于100 ppm时将对消费者(特别是儿童)造成很大的威胁。通过以金纳米棒作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)基底的方法,成功地检测了儿童化妆品中二噁烷的含量,测得一种儿童沐浴露中的二噁烷含量为7.0 ppm。研究表明,此方法具有简单、快速的优点,可用于其它种类的化妆品(包括儿童化妆品)中二噁烷含量的检测,也有望用于化妆品中其余微量物质以及微生物的检测。
Abstract
Dioxane,a potential carcinogen,can be a part of cosmetics as it is the by-product of some surfactants.It is great threat to consumer(especially children)health when its content in cosmetics is larger than 100 ppm.In this paper,dioxane content of children cosmetics was successfully detected through using Au nanorods as surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate.The dioxane content in a kind of shower gel was detected to be about 7.0 ppm.These results indicated that such simple and convenient method may be available for the dioxane detection of other cosmetics including other children cosmetics,which is hopeful to be used to detect the content of other trace substances and microorganism in cosmetics.
