摘要
激光组合增材制造(LCAM)技术是一种新兴的制造工艺方法,近年来得到了快速发展。激光组合增材制造的质量受多种因素的影响,其中送粉工作头是一个非常关键的因素,它的性能直接影响着激光组合增材制造的质量和精度。本文重点介绍了国内外用于激光组合增材制造的侧向送粉工作头、同轴送粉工作头和智能化送粉工作头的结构原理及最新研究进展,并分析了三种送粉工作头的性能特点。根据三种不同送粉工作头目前存在的问题提出了激光组合增材制造送粉工作头未来的发展方向。
Abstract
Laser combination additive manufacturing (LCAM) is a new manufacturing technology method that has been developed rapidly in recent years. The quality of LCAM is influenced by various factors, among which powder feeding head is a key factor in particular, its performance directly affects the quality and precision of LCAM. The structure and the latest research progresses are introduced mainly from the lateral powder feeding head, coaxial powder feeding head and intelligent powder feeding head, and the characteristics of three types of powder feeding head are analyzed. Based on the main problem of three types of powder feeding head, the future development of powder feeding head is prospected.intelligent
