摘要
基于有限差分法,推导了决定太阳能电池光生载流子产生、输运和收集过程的基本方程的差分形式,并编制了二维太阳能电池的计算程序。通过计算程序与商用计算软件计算的光生载流子产生速率、总光电流密度和晶格温度分布等结果的对比,证明了有限差分法是计算太阳能电池光生载流子产生、输运和收集过程的十分有效的方法。
Abstract
Based on the finite difference method, the differential form of the basic equations of the carrier generation, transport and collection process of the solar cell are derived, and the calculation program is compiled. The comparisons of the results of the calculation program with the commercial calculation software, the generation rate, total photocurrent density and lattice temperature distribution, prove that the finite difference method is a very effective method to calculate the carrier generation, transport and collection of the solar cell.
