一种新型生物振荡培养箱

摘要
鉴于传统生物振荡培养箱无法获知被培养物质的实时生长状况,在浊度法的基础上设计出了以光电传感器为检测单元,以ADS8320为数据采集和传输单元,实现在线光密度(optic density,OD)检测的新型生物振荡培养箱。该新型振荡培养箱不仅可用于生物培养,还能对被培养物质的生长状况进行实时监测。实验验证了该系统的稳定性及准确性,测量误差在2%左右,能够准确地反映当前被培养物质的OD值。
Abstract
Traditional biological incubator can’t culture cells and observe real-time cell growth at the same time. An optic density(OD) detection circuit based on turbidity method has been designed, which uses photo-electric sensor for detection and ADS8320 for data acquisition and transmission. This new shaker can be used for not only cultivation, but also observation of the growth in real time. The experiment has been set up to verify the stability and accuracy of the system. Comparing with the average value, the error of the OD value detected by OD detection circuit is no more than 2%. It is demonstrated that the circuit could reflect the OD value of the cultured materials in real time accurately.
