电力骨干通信网业务需求分析与拓扑规划

摘要
如何合理布局随特高压工程建设的电力通信光缆线路资源, 完善电力骨干通信网络整体架构, 是“十三五”期间电力通信专业部门面临的主要任务。文章以电力通信业务需求测算为出发点, 通过网络仿真, 将业务需求预测结果作为网络拓扑规划优化的重要输入参数, 分析了当前湖南电力省干通信网网络架构对业务需求的适应性, 给出了该省干通信网容量配置、关键站点和链路的优化建议。所用研究方法可为“十三五”期间电力通信网的规划与建设提供指导及参照。
Abstract
The main task of power communication sector during the 13rd Five Year Plan is how to reasonably design the layout with UHV construction of electric power communication optical cable line resource and improve the overall power of the backbone communication network architecture. In this paper, the demand for power communication business is calculated at first. The forecast of demand of business is chosen as the important input parameter for the network topology planning optimization. Then, the adaptability of the business requirements of Hunan province’s electric power network architecture is analyzed by the network simulation. Finally, the paper gives the suggestions of capacity configuration, key sites and links in the backbone ring network. This research method can provide guidance on the planning of the electric power communication network during the 13rd Five Year Plan period.
