摘要
太阳能电池聚光棱镜的聚光效率是影响光能利用率的关键因素之一。对某型太阳能电池聚光棱镜的结构进行分析,利用Lighttools照明软件中的光源模拟太阳光并建立棱镜模型和接收面,对棱镜几何结构和入射光线角度等参数进行优化设计,最终使棱镜的聚光效率提高了4倍多,聚光效率达到97%。优化后的太阳能聚光棱镜可应用于多种太阳能电池组件中,可提高太阳能电池光能转换效率。
Abstract
The collecting efficiency of the solar cell collection prism is one of the key factors affecting the utilization of light energy. In this paper, the structure of a type of solar collection prism is analyzed. The light source in Lighttools software is applied to simulate the solar light. The prism model with a receiving surface and an observing surface is established in the software. The geometrical structure of the prism and the angle of incident light are optimized with the optimization function. After the optimization, the collecting efficiency of the prism is increased by more than 4 times, which is 97%. The optimized solar cell collection prism can be used in a variety of solar cell components, which can improve the solar energy conversion efficiency remarkably.
