基于LCTF的新型多光谱成像光学系统设计

摘要
设计了一种基于液晶可调谐滤光片(Liquid Crystal Tunable Filter, LCTF)的新型多光谱成像光学系统。该光学系统工作谱段为400~720 nm,光谱分辨率为10 nm,可对216 mm×216 mm幅面大小的物面成像清晰。根据多光谱成像系统的总体方案,对光学系统分析,确定各光学参数,设计结果表明,成像系统在空间频率91 lp/mm处,各个波段处的轴上和轴外调制传递函数均大于0.3,全视场畸变低于0.1%,成像质量良好,可以满足多光谱成像的总体要求。
Abstract
A new multi-spectral imaging optical system based on liquid crystal tunable filter(LCTF) is designed in this paper. The optical system has the range of spectral band 400~720 nm and the spectral resolution of which is 10 nm. It can image clearly on the size of format 216 mm×216 mm. According to the overall scheme of multi-spectral imaging system and analyzing, the optical parameters are distributed reasonably. The results show that the whole system in the spatial frequency of 91 lp/mm, the modulation transfer function of the on-axis and off-axis is higher than 0.3 at every waveband, and the aberration of optical system is less than 0.1%. Imaging quality of this system is good and can meet the general requirements for multi-spectral imaging.
