摘要
为了研究相同激光线能量条件下激光功率对304不锈钢激光焊接接头耐腐蚀性能的影响, 采用高功率激光焊接设备对304不锈钢进行搭接焊接试验, 采用CHI660E型电化学工作站对焊接样件进行电化学腐蚀试验, 并利用光学显微镜对304不锈钢焊缝进行观察。试验结果表明, 在优化的激光焊接工艺参数下, 焊缝成型完美, 无气孔、夹渣、裂纹和未焊透缺陷等现象。在一定激光功率范围内, 随着激光功率的增加, 304不锈钢激光焊接接头耐腐蚀性能增强, 在功率为2.5 kW时的304不锈钢焊缝耐腐蚀性最强, 但随着激光功率的进一步增加, 焊接接头耐腐蚀性能降低。
Abstract
In order to study the effect of different laser power on the corrosion property of 304 stainless steel with the same line energy, the experiment will carry out high power laser welding equipment. Taking advantage of optical microscopy and CHI660E electrochemical workstation, to observe and test 304 stainless steel welds. The experimental results show that the shape of the weld is perfect under optimized laser parameters, which does not exist porosity, slag inclusion, crack and incomplete welding defects;In a certain range of laser power, with the increase of laser power, the corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel increases, that is, the corrosion resistance of the 304 stainless steel in the power of 2.5 kW is stronger, but the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel is decreased with the further increase of laser power.
