活性剂对激光-电弧复合焊电弧和焊缝成形的影响

摘要
采用高速摄像系统采集焊接过程中的电弧形态图像, 并利用电弧分析仪记录电弧信号, 通过试验深入研究单一成分活性剂(TiO2, B2O3, Cr2O3)对Nd:YAG激光-熔化极活性气体保护焊(Metal active gas, MAG)电弧复合焊电弧形态和焊缝成形的影响。研究表明, 与无活性剂作用下的激光-电弧复合焊相比, 活性剂能够降低激光对电弧的吸引作用, 并且使电弧收缩更加明显;这些活性剂都能不同程度地增加焊缝熔深和熔宽, 其中B2O3、Cr2O3可使熔深显著增加, 而TiO2增加熔深的效果并不明显, 但其熔宽增加显著。与无活性剂的电压波形相比, 活性剂作用下的电压稳定性降低, 但是电压值有所提高。
Abstract
A high-speed video system is used to collect arc shape images during welding, and an arc analyzer is used to record the signals of arc. The effects of activating fluxes(TiO2,B2O3,Cr2O3)on arc and formation of weld on Nd∶YAG laser-metal active gas(MAG)arc hybrid welding are studied. The results show that compared with hybrid welding with surfactant, surfactant can reduce the attracting effect of laser on arc and make the arc contraction more obvious. The surfactant can increase weld penetration and width in different degrees; B2O3,Cr2O3 can increased weld penetration increasing significantly, and the effect of TiO2 on increasing penetration is not obvious, but TiO2 can increase weld width significantly. Compared with voltage waveform without surfactant, voltage stability is reduced under the action of surfactant, but the voltage value is improved.
