Effects of Process Parameters on 304 Stainless Steel Surface Cleaning Treated by 532 nm Laser
摘要
采用532 nm激光清洗304不锈钢表面, 通过比较不同工艺参数下的清洗效果, 得出了最佳的加工参数。结果表明, 采用532 nm激光能够有效地清洗不锈钢, 并且对304不锈钢表面不产生损伤;功率、扫描次数、扫描速度分别对清洗效果有着不同的影响。优化的激光工艺参数为功率P=26 W, 扫描次数N=45, 扫描速度S=100 mm/s。
Abstract
Experiment of 304 stainless steel surface cleaning by 532 nm laser was investigated. To obtain the optimal processing parameters, the cleaning effect of different process parameters were compared. The results show that 532 nm laser not only cleaned stainless steel effectively, but also had no damage to the stainless steel surface. Power, scanning times and scanning speed have different effects on the cleaning effect respectively, and the optimal laser processing parameters as following: Power P=26 W, scanning times N=45 and scanning speed S=100 mm/s.
