摘要
以1.34 μm脉冲激光为基频光, Ba(NO3)2晶体作为拉曼晶体, 通过一阶受激拉曼散射效应, 产生1.56 μm一阶Stokes人眼安全激光的外腔拉曼激光器。基频光由以准连续激光二极管(LD)侧面泵浦Nd:YAP(掺钕铝酸钇)晶体, BBO(偏硼酸钡)晶体电光主动调Q产生。运用ABCDEF扩展矩阵论, 使用RP Resonator 软件计算光束半径随腔内位置的变化, 设计腔内元件位置, 提高拉曼转换效率。通过实验, 得到波长为1 344 nm, 重复频率为20 Hz, 脉宽为38 ns, 单脉冲能量为19.2 mJ时, 产生1 562 nm波长的一阶Stokes光, 最大单脉冲能量为1.83 mJ, 脉宽为9 ns, 基频光到一阶拉曼光的最大光光转换效率约为15.24%, 转换效率随着基频光脉冲能量的大小先增加后减小。
Abstract
An eye-safer extra cavity first-Stokes eye-safer laser with a Ba(NO3)2 crystal is reported. The basic laser in 1.34 μm is pumped by a side-diode actively-Q with Nd:YAP crystal. In order to design the most efficiency, an extended ABCDEF algorithm has been implemented in the RP Resonator software to calculate the beam radius in the cavity. The conversion efficiency from basic laser to Raman laser is increased and the decreased by the increased of the energy of basic laser. The highest conversion efficiency is 15.24%. Under the basic pulse energy of 19.2 mJ at 1 344 nm and pulse width of 38 ns at the pulse repetition frequency of 20 Hz,a steady first-Stokes Raman laser at 1 562 nm with the output energy of 1.83 nJ and pulse width of 9ns is achieved.
