A temperature controller for 980nm pump laser diodes based on ADN8831
摘要
应用ADN8831芯片制作了980nm泵浦激光二极管的温度控制器。利用该芯片驱动半导体制冷器对激光二极管进行温度调节。实验证明, 该驱动电路可将半导体激光器的工作温度控制在0.1°C的范围内。将该温度控制器成功应用于可调谐光纤激光器的驱动中, 获得满意的温控效果。
Abstract
A temperature controller for 980nm pump laser diodes is developed by using an integrated circuit ADN8831. The chip is used to control the temperature of the laser diode. Experimental results show that the temperature change of the laser diode is maintained within a temperature range of 0.1°C. The driver is successfully applied in a tunable fiber laser with an excellent temperature-stabilization effect.
