摘要
如何方便快捷、精确地测量直升机旋翼桨叶的运动参数对于直升机旋翼设计及性能分析至关重要。针对传统应变片、光栅投影等测量方法存在安装繁琐、测试环境要求高、测量设备影响飞行性能等缺陷, 提出了一种基于三维数字影像的非接触式旋翼桨叶运动参数测量方法。该方法具有对测试环境要求低、测量参数多、测试量程大等特性。试验结果表明, 使用该方法测量直升机旋翼桨叶运动参数取得了较理想的效果。
Abstract
How to measure conveniently and accurately the motion parameters of the rotor blades of a helicopter is very important to the design and performance analysis of rotor helicopter. According to traditional measurement methods such as strain gauge and grating projection with the defects of cumbersome installation, higher requirements for testing environment and flight performance affected by measurement equipments, a non-contact rotor blade motion parameter measurement method based on 3D digital image is proposed. The method has the advantages of low requirement for testing environment, large quantity measurement parameters and large testing range. Experimental results show that the method is effective for measuring the parameters of the rotors blades.
