通道可编程水色成像光谱仪CCD 成像电路设计

摘要
为满足水色成像光谱仪通道可编程的需求,针对E2V 公司大像元高灵敏度帧转移CCD55-30设计了成像电路。利用PGP(棱镜/光栅/棱镜)分光组件成像在探测器光敏面,由FPGA 控制成像时序,实现了推扫式成像光谱仪的光谱中心波长和通道带宽可编程,同时在全帧模式下能够分批下传全光谱定标数据。通道可编程技术即将应用于我国新型水色成像光谱仪,可大大降低图像数据传输率,并提高对地光谱观测灵活性。
Abstract
In order to meet the channel programmable requirements of the ocean color imaging spectrometer, a kind of imaging circuit is designed for the E2V’s frame-transfer CCD55-30 which has high sensitivity and big pixels. Via the PGP beam-splitting elements, spectral image is projected on the surface of the CCD imaging area. Meanwhile the CCD’s driving pulses are generated by FPGA, and the detection channel’s central wavelength and bandwidth of the push-broom imaging spectrometers are programmable. The programmable technology for the detection channel is about to be used in the new generation ocean color imaging spectrometer of China which can greatly reduce the data transmission rates and improve the spectrum adjust flexibility for earth observation.
