掺杂二色性染料扭曲向列液晶光程差测量研究

摘要
通过对掺杂有二色性染料扭曲向列液晶器件的结构和光学原理的分析,采用光学测试设备扫描得到不同理论光程差的发射光谱。并运用光谱所对应的透过率及其相应理论光程差的比例关系,使用回归拟合曲线,得到测定有效光程差的方法,其线性相关的程度R2可达到0.995 7。该方法具有快速,简易的特点,对研究掺杂二色性染料扭曲向列液晶光程差的测量有参考作用。
Abstract
The structure and the optical performance principle of dichroic-dye doped twisted nematic liquid crystal device are introduced in this paper. The different emission spectrum of theory retardation are obtained by optical instrument. According to the relationship between transmittance and theory retardation, the effective retardation of dye twisted nematic device is measured by the application of the fitting curve. The degree of linear correlation R2 can reach 0.995 7. This method is quick and simple. It is important to study the dye-doped twisted nematic liquid crystal to a certain extent.
