摘要
设计并实现了一种基于EP3C40型FPGA的可编程片上系统(SOPC)嵌入式系统的CCD摄像机, 使用FPGA完成CCD的驱动时序产生、数字图像统计处理、串口通讯、自动调光及自动增益、快速调光等控制功能。该摄像机具有高灵敏度、低噪声的特点, 能适应外界光照条件的快速变化, 适用于**装备、科研以及监控等领域。
Abstract
A CCD camera based on SOPC embedded system using the EP3C40 FPGA was designed and realized. The FPGA achieves driving timing sequence of CCD, digital images process, serial ports communication, auto exposure time adjustment, automatic gains, and rapid illumination adjustment. The CCD camera owns characteristics of high sensitivity and low noise, thus can make rapid adjustment to external illumination, so it can be applied in military equipment, scientific research, supervisory control and many other fields.
