关于Deloro 40镍基合金粉末激光增材制造成型件裂纹问题研究
Research on Crack Issue of Deloro 40Ni Alloys Prototype Fabricated by Laser Additive Manufacturing
摘要
使用司太立Deloro40镍基合金粉末进行激光增材制造制作成形件, 研究了在制造过程中产生裂纹的原因。首先介绍了国内外激光增材制造裂纹研究的现状, 分析Deloro 40镍基合金成形件激光增材制造层产生裂纹的原因, 归纳了激光增材制造层裂纹的表现形式, 总结了在制备过程中裂纹产生的原因, 并提出抑制裂纹产生的措施, 为防止裂纹的产生提供了理论和实践依据。
Abstract
Because of the characteristic of the laser additive manufacturing technology, the crack phenomenal can be observed normally during fabricating process of Deloro40 nickel base alloy powder with laser additive manufacturing. Relative study is based on the relative study of laser cladding crack from domestic and foreign parties. Firstly, root cause of crack occurrence was analyzed and the characteristic of crack was summarized. At last, the feasible solution of decreaing and suppressing crack during manufacturing process in theory and in pratice was fiqure out.
