激光拉曼光谱快速鉴别依巴斯汀光照变质和过期变质
RapidAnalysis of Irradiated and Expired Deterioration of Ebastine by Raman Spectroscopy
摘要
目的: 快速鉴别依巴斯汀是否发生光变质或过期变质。方法: 运用激光拉曼光谱分别检测未变质、被激光和太阳光照射、以及过期的依巴斯汀, 分析并利用依巴斯汀在100~2 000 cm-1光谱范围内的变化来快速鉴别其是否发生了光照变质或过期变质。结果: 无论是光照后的依巴斯汀还是过期的依巴斯汀, 其拉曼光谱变化都非常明显。结论: 利用拉曼光谱可以快速鉴别出依巴斯汀是否光变质或过期。
Abstract
Obiective: Rapid analysis of irradiated and expired deterioration of Ebastine. Method: Compare the differences of the Raman spectra of unmetamorphosed, irradiated, and expired Ebastine in the spectral range of 100~2 000 cm-1. Result: The unmetamorphosed, irradiated, and expired Ebastine show very different characteristic Raman peaks。Conclusion: Raman spectroscopy can be applied for rapid analysis of irradiated and expired deterioration of Ebastine.
