根据红外辐射通过穴位和经络进行人体保健和医疗的科学本质，以及过去和现在人们对于穴位和经络的认识和理解；据此，本文通过对人体经络的红外光谱测试结果及现代科学理论，首次证明并提出了关于经络本质是生物大分子有序排列和振动进行感传的新机制，提出了人体组织从无序向有序转化的治病机理。

This paper introduces basic features of infrared radiation and its application on infrared medical treatments. The paper reviews the past and the current understanding of the functions of acupoints and meridians on treating human body health and medical care. Combining infrared spectrum of human meridians with modern scientific theory, we put forward a new idea that meridian is the essence of biological macromolecules’ ordered vibration for transmission and that the mechanism on treating disease can be described as the transformation of disordered human tissues into the ordered ones.
