光波导功分器插入损耗测量的高速化技术研究

摘要
提出并设计一种高速测量光波导功分器插入损耗的新方法,试制了相应的测试系统,对平行密排的功分器输出尾纤的出射功率实现连续扫描测试,并实时判断测试数据的可靠性。显著效果有两个;一个是测试速度快,将常规方法所需的5~10 min缩短到了18 s左右;另一个是在高速测试的同时确保测试数据的可信性,系统后台导入了智能判错程序,可以对误测操作实时报警和究源。针对生产现场的小批量对比实验验证了该测量系统的稳定性和实用性,显示了该成果的重要应用价值。
Abstract
We put forward and designed a kind of high speed method for measuring insertion loss of optical waveguide power splitter.We built a test system to scan the output power of parallel tail fiber of the splitters and judge the reliability of the test data in real time.There are two significant characteristics.One is the test speed.The proposed system shortens the time to 18 s comparing to conventional method of 5 ~ 10 min.The other one is to ensure the credibility of the test data.The system imports intelligent sentence wrong procedure.The measurement errors can real-time alarm and investigate the original operation.Production of small batch ratio on the characteristics of the measurement system is verified by the experiments and results,which show the important application value.
