摘要
设计了一种可用于LED室内定位系统接收机的前端信号调理电路, 详细论述了该电路的系统原理与电路构成。重点介绍了光电传感器的选型、前置预放大和滤波电路的设计方法, 并且进行了噪声分析和实验测试。测试结果表明, 该设计具有良好的噪声性能, 探测器灵敏度可达到500nA, 带宽为1MHz, 满足LED定位系统接收端的性能要求, 能够为后续的信号处理模块提供稳定可靠的前级信号。将该电路应用于LED室内定位实验系统, 可实现小范围内的准确定位, 平均定位误差仅为12.4cm。
Abstract
A front-end circuit used for indoor location based on white LEDs was designed, the principle and structure of which were discussed in detail. The photoelectric sensor selection, pre-amplifier and filter circuit design methods were mainly introduced. In addition, the noise was analyzed and the whole circuit was tested. Test results show that this circuit design has a good noise performance, the sensitivity and the bandwidth of which can reach 500nA and 1MHz respectively. The circuit totally meets the performance requirements of LED indoor positioning system. It can supply stable and high-quality front-end signal for the following signal processing module. This circuit was applied to LED indoor location system, and accurate location was achieved. The average location error is only 12.4cm.
