微型无人机变焦摄像机设计

摘要
机载摄像机是微型无人机实施战术侦察的关键设备。文章突破传统机载摄像机采用定焦或基于DSP聚焦的思路, 在特定飞行高度, 提出变倍同步聚焦技术, 并对变倍同步聚焦的基本原理、台阶拟合法等技术进行了研究, 对镜头凸轮曲线进行了设计, 并利用ZEMAX软件对凸轮曲线进行了拟合和优化, 设计了相应的驱动控制电路和视频采集系统。飞行测试表明, 设计的快速变倍同步聚焦摄像机的性能能够满足空中侦察要求。
Abstract
Airborne camera is the key equipment for MUAV (Micro Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) to implement tactical reconnaissance. In this paper, based on breaking through the traditional way of DSP-based focus or fixed focus on airborne cameras, the synchronous zoom focusing technology was proposed for certain flight altitude. The basic principle of synchronous zoom focusing and step fitting techniques were studied. The cam curve of lens was designed with fitting and optimization by ZEMAX software. The corresponding drive and control circuit and the video capture system were designed. Flight tests prove that the performance of the designed fast synchronous zoom focus camera can meet the requirements of aerial reconnaissance.
