摘要
针对IEC60904.9标准规定的光谱辐照度分布波长范围不能满足铜铟镓硒薄膜等宽光谱太阳电池伏安特性测试需求, 提出了一种适用于工业生产用的大面积宽光谱太阳模拟器光机结构设计思路。依据IEC60904.3标准拓宽光谱波长范围为400~1200nm, 并给出各光谱波段评判依据。详细介绍了宽光谱AM1.5G滤光片设计方法, 并通过组合滤光片与单组滤光片进行比对试验, 采用组合滤光片可使整体匹配偏差由9.4%缩小至5.4%。试验表明: 采用组合滤光片可有效降低光源因角度效应造成大面积测试面光谱匹配不均匀的难题。
Abstract
The spectral distribution of the IEC60904.9 standard can not meet the test requirements of the I-V characteristics of CIGS thin film solar cells. The optical structure of large area solar simulator which was suitable for the industrial production was given. According to the IEC60904.3 standard, the broadening spectrum was 400~1200nm, and the evaluation rules of the spectral bands were given. The design principles of AM1.5G filter were introduced. Based on the comparision tests of combination filters and single filter, it is shown that applying combination filters can reduce the spectral matching error from 9.4% to be 5.4%. The uneven matching problem of large-area test spectrum caused by light angle effect was effectively reduced.
