摘要
提出一种基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感网络的输油管道泄漏检测方法。以悬臂梁结构为基础, 设计了具有温度自补偿功能的FBG传感检测探头; 为解决传感探头的安放局限性, 设计了特殊的感应层与应力传导方式, 并结合FBG传感信息实现对泄漏点的检测与定位。通过理论分析可知, 该检测方法具有一定的可行性, 对解决在役输油管道的泄漏检测与定位问题提供了一种可靠的方案。
Abstract
A pipeline leak detection method based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing network was proposed. Based on a cantilever beam structure, a FBG sensing detection probe with temperature self-compensation was designed. To solve the placement limitation of sensing probes, a special leak induction layer and stress conduction mode was disigned. And also by combining with FBG sensing information, the leak detection and location were realzied. Theoretical analysis proves that this detection method has a certain feasibility. And it provides a reliable solution for leakage detection and location of oil pipelines.
