Design of High Brightness Light Source Based on Non-imaging Optics
摘要
基于非成像光学理论, 提出了一种阵列型LED光学系统的优化设计方法。通过对二次B样条理论、Scheme语言和优化引擎的结合使用, 实现了对准直透镜和柱面镜的优化设计。通过对两款透镜的灵活使用, 实现了光能量的传输和重新分配, 进而达到高效、高均匀性的照明要求。采用48颗, 1.2 mm×1.2 mm朗伯体发光的线性阵列LED芯片作为光源, 透镜材料均为PMMA。采用该设计方法设计的系统, 其能量利用率可达到62.6%以上, 非均匀性小于5%。
Abstract
An optimization design method of array LED based on non-imaging optics theory was proposed. The quadratic B-spline theory, Scheme language and optimization engine were used in combination to achieve the optimization of lens. The transferring and redistribution of light energy were achieved through the flexible using of two lenses, and thereby the high efficiency and uniformity could meet the illumination requirements.In this paper, the size and number of linear array LED chip are 1.2 mm×1.2 mm and 48, respectively. The materials of lens are PMMA. Using this design method, energy efficiency of the system can reach higher than 62.6% and non-uniformity less than 5%.
