双目视觉测量系统结构参数设计
Structural Parameters Design of Binocular Vision Measuring System
摘要
为了提高双目测量系统的测量精度, 对影响系统测量误差的结构参数进行了分析研究。首先, 介绍了双目测量系统的两种典型结构: 纯平移运动结构和轴线汇聚结构, 研究了三维测量中的三角测量方法, 建立了这两种结构的三维测量模型, 得到了结构参数与被测点之间的几何关系。其次, 通过分析系统结构参数和被测量点误差之间的关系, 推导并确定了结构参数与被测点测量误差之间的定量描述, 得到了高精度测量条件下的系统优化结构参数。最后, 在仿真实验数据的基础上, 从几何的角度分析了结构参数对双目测量精度的影响。相对于传统数学误差理论的分析, 文章分析结果对双目测量系统的结构设计更加具有实践和应用意义。
Abstract
The binocular vision structural parameters was investigated to improve the measurement precision for binocular vision measuring system. Firstly, two typical structures, which were pure translational motion structure and axis converge structure, were introduced. By analyzing the triangulation for 3D measurement, the 3D measurement model was established, and the geometry relationship between measured point and structural parameters was captured. Secondly, based on the analysis of relationship between measured error and structural parameters, the quantified description was deduced and determined, and the optimal system figuration was established. Finally, on the basis of the simulation experiment, structural parameters affecting the measurement accuracy were analyzed from geometry view. Compared with the analysis of traditional mathematical error theory, the proposed results have important application value and practical significance.
