摘要
概述了日盲型紫外像增强管的应用和技术发展状况。最新研究表明: 高灵敏度紫外像增强管在探测灵敏度和整管分辨率方面取得了重大的突破。探测灵敏度超过45 mA/W@253.7 nm, 在250~280 nm有效探测波段内, 整体积分灵敏度接近德国ProxiVision公司生产的紫外像增强管, 双微通道板紫外像增强管的空间分辨率达到了25~30 lp/mm。利用高灵敏度的紫外像增强管, 对紫外像增强电荷耦合器组件(ICCD组件)进行了研制, 满足了实际应用的要求。根据目前的研究现状, 对未来紫外像增强管性能的进一步提升和应用发展提出了展望。
Abstract
Applications and development of solar-blind ultraviolet image intensifier tube (UV I2 tube) were summarized. A major breakthrough at detection sensitivity and resolution of high sensitivity UV I2 tube was achieved. The detection sensitivity was above 45 mA/W at 253.7 nm, and the overall detection sensitivity at the 250~280 nm was close to the products of ProxiVision company in Germany. And the resolution of two-microchannel-plate (2MCP) UV I2 tube was 25~30 lp/mm. The ultraviolet ICCD module was developed with high sensitivity UV I2 tube, which met the requirements of practical applications. At last, the prospects of applications and performance of UV I2 tube in the future were proposed based on the current status.
