摘要
为了研究镀锌板激光切割工艺, 开展了Nd: YAG脉冲激光切割机切割厚度是0.5 mm的热镀锌板的工艺实验, 使用了氮气(N2)、氧气(O2)、氩气(Ar)和空气四种辅助气体。分别使用激光电源的不同工艺参数, 包括输出电流、脉冲脉宽、脉冲频率等, 通过多次实验测出最佳工艺参数, 氮气(N2)的最佳工艺参数为电流160 A、脉宽1 ms、频率60 Hz、加工速度400 mm/min; 氧气(O2)的最佳工艺参数为电流140 A、脉宽0.8 ms、频率50 Hz、加工速度450 mm/min; Ar能切开但挂渣较多的工艺参数为电流170 A、宽1.2 ms、频率65 Hz、加工速度300 mm/min; 空气的最佳工艺参数为电流160 A、脉宽1.0 ms、频率65 Hz、加工速度300 mm/min。通过测量切缝宽度以及观察挂渣量的多少, 判断切割质量, 得到结论: 氧气适用切割较厚镀锌板, 氮气适用切割薄镀锌板, 氩气切割镀锌板效果不佳, 针对本次实验, 空气切割质量最好。
Abstract
To study the galvanized sheet laser cutting technology, we used Nd: YAG pulsed laser cutting machine for cutting hot galvanized sheet processing experiment, the thickness of sheet was 0.5mm. Mainly used four kinds of auxiliary gases, include Nitrogen、Oxygen、Argon and air. Respectively used different processing parameters of laser power supply, including output current, pulse width, pulse frequency, etc. Through many times experiments the best processing parameters were measured. The best processing parameters of N2 as follows: the current 160 A, the pulse width 1ms, the frequency of 60 Hz, the processing speed was 400 mm/min. The best processing parameters of O2 as follows: the current 140 A, the pulse width 0.8 ms, the frequency of 50 Hz, the processing speed was 450 mm/min. The processing parameters of Ar which could cut but hanged many slag as follows: the current 170 A, the pulse width 1.2 ms, the frequency of 65 Hz, the processing speed was 300 mm/min. The best processjing parameters of air as follows: the current 160 A, the pulse width 1.0 ms, the frequency of 65 Hz, the processing speed was 300mm/min. Through measuring the kerf width and observing the quantity of hang slag, judging cutting quality, come to a conclusion, the oxygen applicable for cutting thick galvanized sheet, nitrogen gas for cutting thin galvanized sheet, argon gas cutting galvanized sheet was not fine, according to this experiment, the best cutting quality was use the air.
