摘要
目的: 观察Nd:YAG激光联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法: 选取80例急性智齿冠周炎患者,冠周用3%过氧化氢和生理盐水交替冲洗后棉球擦干, 随机分成2组, 每组40例, 实验组采用Nd:YAG激光联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗, 对照组仅采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,记录治疗后24 h VAS值, 24 h开口度值以及治疗后第4天疗效。结果: 实验组治疗后24 h VAS平均值低于对照组, 24 h开口度平均值高于对照组, 治疗后第4天痊愈率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论: Nd:YAG激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗急性智齿冠周炎, 可明显减轻疼痛, 改善患者张口度, 提高疗效, 值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effects in the treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis with Nd:YAG laser joining minocycline hydrochloride ointment(MHO). Methods: 80 cases of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly after pocket irrigation with 3% hydrogen peroxide and saline alternately, then dry with cotton ball (n=40). The patients of experimental group were treated with Nd:YAG laser joining minocycline hydrochloride ointment. Patients in control group were treated only with minocycline hydrochloride ointment. The 24 h VAS value、24 h opening value and the 4th day effects were recorded. Result: The 24 h VAS average value of experimental group was lower than the control group, and higher in opening average value. The 4th day effects in experimental group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion: Nd:YAG laser joining minocycline hydrochloride ointment is more effictive in the treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis, which can relieve the pain, improve the opening, improve curative effect, and worth clinical promotion.
