麦麸替代玉米对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘要
本试验旨在研究用部分麦麸替代基础日粮中的玉米对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。选取24周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡600只, 随机分为5组, 每组6个重复, 每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮, 试验组分别饲喂麦麸替代基础日粮中玉米的5%, 10%, 15%, 20%的试验日粮, 预饲期7 d, 正式试验期35 d。结果表明: 麦麸替代玉米提高了平均日采食量、平均蛋重、产蛋率、料蛋比、蛋比重和哈夫单位(P<0.05)。试验表明, 麦麸替代玉米, 可以提高蛋鸡生产性能, 改善蛋品质, 且替代10%的玉米效果最佳。
Abstract
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of wheat bran instead of part of the corn in basal diets on production performance of Laying hens. A total of 600 Hyline Brown laying hens at 24 weeks old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replications of 20 each. The control group was fed with basal diets, and the testing groups were fed with basal diets with wheat bran replacement respectively 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of the corn. Pretest period was 7 days and experimental period was 35 days. The results showed that the replacement of corn with wheat bran in the diet could improve average daily feed intake, average egg size, laying rate, feed to egg ratio, egg specific gravity and Haugh unit (P<0.05). The replacement of corn with wheat bran could improve production performance and egg quality. It is recommended that the effect was the best when replacing 10% corn(P<0.05).
