25 Gbit/s SFP+光收发合一模块的设计实现为现有以太网和服务器升级路线提供了另一种更为有效且可行的解决方案。介绍了25 Gbit/s以太网技术标准和32GFC(光纤通道)相关标准进展以及25 Gbit/s光模块的封装形式, 阐述了25 Gbit/s光模块的基本原理和结构框图; 详细分析了25 Gbit/s光模块的技术方案、接口指标和器件芯片要求, 为25 Gbit/s光收发模块的设计和实现提供了参考。
Abstract
25 Gbit/s SFP+ optical transceiver module is believed to be another more effective and practical solutions for the upgrading of current Ethernet and servers. In this paper, the standard development of 25 Gbit/s Ethernet and 32 GFC(Fiber Channel) are introduced, including the packaging of 25 Gbit/s optical module. The basic principle and structure diagram of 25 Gbit/s optical module are described. The technical scheme, interface index and devices and chips are also analyzed in detail, which provides a guidance for the design and implementation of 25 Gbit/s optical transceiver.
