激光诱致不锈钢彩色标识工艺研究
Research of the Process of Laser-induced Color Marking on Stainless Steel
摘要
激光在不锈钢表面诱致彩色的工艺进一步挖掘了产品识别、产品装饰、产品个性化方面的潜在应用。脉宽和频率独立可调的新型MOPA光纤激光器, 具有宽的可调参数窗口, 可方便的优化参数组合标识出更丰富、更鲜艳的色彩。本文采用新型的MOPA光纤激光器,研究激光功率、激光重复频率、激光脉冲宽度、激光扫描速度、填充间隔等激光工艺参数对激光诱致不锈钢着色的影响及影响程度。经参数优化, 实验获得了在304不锈钢表面激光诱致黄、蓝、绿、红、紫等颜色的工艺参数以及在304不锈钢表面诱致彩色标识的合适激光工艺参数范围。
Abstract
Laser-induced color marking on stainless steels as a process has a potential application in product identification, production decoration, and product personalization. New MOPA fiber lasers allow independent tuning different laser parameters and the marking process can be optimized for producing colors with better quality and visual appearance. A MOPA pulsed fiber laser was used to study the influence of laser process parameters including laser power, laser frequency, pulse width, scanning speed, fill pitch on laser-induced color marking for the 304 stainless steel. The laser process parameters which can induce yellow, blue, green, red, purple was obtained. The range of laser process parameters which can induce the color marking was also obtained.
