目的: 观察Nd: YAG激光治疗上颌窦提升术后疼痛与肿胀的临床疗效。方法: 共24名需行侧壁开窗式上颌窦提升术的患者, 随机分为两组: 激光治疗组和对照组。激光治疗组术后采用Nd: YAG激光照射, 对照组常规处理。术后1、7 d评价疼痛度, 术后3、7 d评价面部肿胀程度。结果: 术后第1天, 激光治疗组的疼痛度明显低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05), 术后第3天, 激光治疗组的肿胀程度与对照组相比明显改善, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05), 术后第7天, 激光治疗组与对照组相比均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论: 通过临床观察, 其结果表明, Nd: YAG激光可有效减轻上颌窦提升术后疼痛与肿胀。

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd: YAG) laser on pain and selling after maxillary sinus lift surgery.Methods: 24 healthy patients,requiring maxillary sinus lift surgery, were randomly assigned into two groups: Nd: YAG laser group and control group. Nd: YAG laser group was treated by laser immediately after surgery.post-treatment pain were assessed at patients visit on days 1and 7.Swelling were evaluated at patients visit on days 3 and 7.Results: The pain index was lower in laser group than that in control group on the 1st day after surgery (P＜0.05).The swelling was significantly improved when compared with the control group on the 3rd day after surgery(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between groups with regard to any of the parameters evaluated on the 7th day(P＞0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest that Nd: YAG laser was effective in relieving pain and reducing swelling after sinus lift surgery.
