真空二极管光电转换效率研究

摘要
在光子增强型热电子发射转换机制的理论基础上,研究了NaCsSb真空二极管在光照和加热条件同时作用下的表现。光电转换效率实验测试了在不同波长以及不同温度条件下,NaCsSb真空二极管的电流电压曲线和功率电压曲线,并计算了NaCsSb真空二极管的光电转换效率。实验结果表明,光照和加热条件共同具备时,NaCsSb真空二极管产生的功率约为仅提供光照条件时的两倍多。在同一波长下,加热时的真空二极管转换效率更高。
Abstract
A novel solar cell technology was proposed to harvest the photon energy and thermal energy simultaneously. The theoretical conversion efficiency of photonenhanced thermionic emission can exceed 50%.The performance of NaCsSb vacuum photodiode under the conditions that combines illumination and heating was explored on the basis of photonenhanced thermionic emission transform mechanism in this paper. The currentvoltage characteristic curve and the powervoltage curve were measured under different wavelengths and temperatures. The conversion efficiency of the NaCsSb vacuum photodiode was calculated. The experimental results show that the power produced under the combined conditions were higher than that obtained only under illumination. When NaCsSb vacuum photodiode is under the same illumination, the conversion efficiency under heating is greater.
