中长焦透射式日盲紫外光学系统设计

摘要
日盲紫外系统在导弹告警系统中起着重要的作用,利用光学软件Zemax设计了一款中长焦透射式日盲紫外光学系统。该紫外镜头由6片标准球面透镜构成,适用于240~280 nm的日盲紫外波段。根据材料的透过率和色散性,选取正透镜材料为CaF2,负透镜材料为熔石英。系统的焦距为160 mm,F数为3.5,靶面直径为18 mm,光学总长为154 mm;各视场能量集中度在紫外CCD接收面内均大于85%,光学传递函数20 lp/mm处高于0.8,具有成像质量好、结构简单紧凑的特点。
Abstract
Ultraviolet warning technology has been widely applied in missile approach warning.Optical design of long transmission type solar blind ultraviolet system is designed with Zemax.The ultraviolet lens made up of six pieces of standard spherical lens has the wavelength range from 240-280 nm.According to the transmittance and the dispersion of the material,CaF2 is selected as the material of the positive lens,and the material of the negative lens is fused silica.The focal length of the system is 160 mm and F number is 3.5.The system has the height of 18 mm and the total length of 154 mm.The energy concentration in UV CCD receiving surface is greater than 85% and the MTF is higher than 0.8 at the 20 lp/mm.The system has excellent image quality and compact structure.
