摘要
建立了紫外-可见分光光度法快速测定水溶液中十二烷基吗啉(DMP)浓度的方法。 DMP浓度在05~70 mmol·L-1范围内, 紫外可见吸收光谱在250~400 nm波长范围内的吸光度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系。 选择275 nm为测定波长, 得到线性相关方程为A=0030 7c+0133 0, 线性相关系数R2=0980 9, 检出限为946×10-5 mmol·L-1, 相对标准偏差(RSD)在0100%~0612%之间, 加标回收率在95%~104%之间。 温度、 pH值及共存K+, Na+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Cl-, Br-, I-和SO2-4等离子对测定无影响; 共存的CO2-3和HCO-3在盐酸溶解样品时已被除去, 不影响测定。 本方法准确度和精密度较高, 样品预处理过程简单, 可用于水溶液中DMP浓度的快速测定, 也可用于反浮选尾液及反浮选料浆中DMP浓度的测定。UV-Vis Spectrophotometry
Abstract
A rapid UV-Vis spectrophotometric method was proposed to determine the concentration of DMP in aqueous solutions. The linear concentration range of DMP solution at the range of 250~400 nm is 05~70 mmol·L-1. At 275 nm, the linear fitting equation is A=0030 7c+0133 0 with a correlation of 0980 9. The detection limitation is 946×10-5 mmol·L-1, the RSD (n=6) of the method were at the range of 0100%~0612%. The recovery ratio for salt solutions sample is 95%~104%. Temperature, pH, and coexisting K+, Na+, Mg2+, Cl-, Br-, I-, SO2-4 ions do not affect the detection. The coexisting CO2-3 and HCO-3 ions can be eliminated with acidification. The results showed that the proposed method is simple in pretreatment process and has high accuracy and precision. It is a quick measurement method of DMP concentration in water solution, and can be used to measure DMP concentration in reverse flotation tail liquid and reverse flotation material pulp.
