摘要
开展了不同CCD参数、不同激光参数条件下强光辐照CCD实验, 观察到了CCD串扰现象。从实验结果中获得以下结论, CCD串扰与入射光波长相关, 任一列的串扰线灰度值分布与对应列上光强成正比, 任一行上的串扰线灰度值总和N与光强成正比, 任一行上的串扰线灰度值与行间转移时间成正比, 串扰线灰度值总和N与焦面处光斑形状、CCD积分时间无关, 并给出了描述CCD串扰特性的数学表达式。
Abstract
The different phenomenon of interline transfer (IT) CCD crosstalk effect induced by intense light is observed with different CCD and laser parameters. Experimental results show that CCD crosstalk is related with incident light wavelength, the crosstalk line gray-scale value distribution in any column is in proportion to light intensity in corresponding column, the sum of the crosstalk line gray-scale value N in any line is in proportion to light intensity directly. The crosstalk line gray-scale value is in proportion to IT time in any line, and the sum of the crosstalk line gray-scale value N has no relation to the light spot in focal-plane and CCD integrated time. And the mathematic expression describing CCD crosstalk features is given.
