同轴送粉激光增材制造设备控制系统设计与研究

摘要
激光熔覆与工业机器人结合形成的激光增材制造具有快速、柔性等特点, 能够适用于航天航空领域大型复杂金属构件的高效低成本制造。对一种同轴送粉式的激光增材制造设备的控制系统进行了设计与研究, 包括硬件组成和软件设计两部分, 关键解决了机器人与激光器、送粉器之间的通信与协调问题。系统以S7-1500 PLC为控制核心, 通过PROFINET总线实现PLC主站与激光器、机器人等从站及HMI间的实时高速通讯, 可实时调节激光功率P、扫描速度V、送粉速率F等工艺参数, 设计的操作界面可方便快速地实现对熔覆过程重要参数的监控和报警过程的在线处理。
Abstract
The laser material manufacturing technology which is combined by laser cladding technology and industrial robot has characteristics such as fast ,flexible and so on. It can be applied to high efficiency and low cost manufacturing of large and complex mental components in the aerospace field. The control system of a coaxial powder feeding laser material manufacturing equipment is designed in this paper, including the hardware composition and the software design. It is to solve the problem of communication and coordination between robot and the laser and the power feeder. The system uses the S7-1500 PLC as the core, achieving real-time high-speed communication between PLC master station and slave station of the laser and the robot and HMI through PROFINET bus. The system can adjust laser power P, scanning speed V, power feeding rate F and other process parameters in real time. The HMI can easily and quickly achieve the monitoring of the important parameters of cladding process and online processing of alarm process.
