光纤激光切割金属中厚板材的工艺参数与质量控制

摘要
以20 mm厚度钢板为研究对象, 系统对中厚板激光切割的不同工艺参数对切缝质量的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明, 切割速度为0.5 m/min, 喷嘴工作距离为1.5 mm, 激光功率为5 500 W时, 效果较理想, 大部分切缝背面无粘渣, 当切割时将氧气压力值调至0.15 Mpa时, 切割的效果较好, 并且大部分的激光离焦量与其可以进行匹配, 切割后的切缝无粘渣效果优良。在喷嘴工作距离为20 mm, 切割后能够产生无粘渣效果的工艺区间不是很宽。切割时的切割氧气压力在0.10 MPa~0.15 Mpa, 激光离焦量在5 mm~20 mm的附近区域时才会有无粘渣效果。在钢板背面有涂层时, 切缝背面基本无粘渣, 即使有少部分渣残留, 清除也比较容易。
Abstract
20 mm thick steel plate is taken as the research object, and the influence of different process parameters on the cutting quality is studied. The results show that the cutting speed is 0.5 m/min, the working distance of nozzle is 1.5 mm, the laser power is 5 500 W, the effect is ideal, and most of the slit on the back of non-sticky slag. When the cutting oxygen pressure value is 0.15 MPa, the cutting effect is better, and most of the laser defocus can be matched to obtain the seamless slag and fine slag. When the working distance of nozzle is 20 mm, the process area of non slag is narrow after cutting. The slag free area is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the cutting oxygen pressure 0.10 MPa~0.15 MPa and the laser defocusing amount 5 mm~20 mm. In the back of the steel plate coating, the back of the slit almost no sticky slag, even if there is a small part of residue, clearance is also easier.
